Voters' List
The Voters' List is now available at the Kincardine Municipal Admin Centre, Underwood Office and local libraries.
It is also available online here .
These lists simply allow you to find out if you are on the Voters' List.
If at first you don't find your name, try spelling it different ways - McKenzie, MacKenzie, Mc Kenzie, Mac Kenzie just to be sure.
If you can't find your name, then contact the Municipal Office at 519-396-3468 then press 4 for the Clerk's Department. They can do a final confirmation that your name is not on the Voters' List. Once it is confirmed that your name is not on the list, you may proceed as follows:

a) Go to the Kincardine Muncipal Building (Clerks Office) on the 5th Concession with Photo Id (e.g. Driver's License, Passport) - hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday - and they will arrange to get you on the Voters' List.

b) If you are out of town, click here for the Application to Ammend Voters' List. Print out that form and complete it.
- You may then bring that Application Form, along with Photo ID, to the Municipal Office (Clerk's Dept) 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Or you may bring it to our Candidates Meeting in the Tiverton Community Centre at 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturday, Sept 20th. The Candidates Meeting will go from 10:00 AM to Noon. If there are still outstanding applications, you may submit them after the Candidates Meeting.

The Voters Kits (Mail In Ballots) will be mailed out during the week of Sept 29 - Oct 3. If you want your Voter Kit mailed to a different address than your property address then enter the "Current Address of Applicant" on the Aplication Form to show where you want the Voter Kit to be mailed to.
